It is sometimes hard for persons with disabilities to find employment, without there being any connection with their qualifications or disability. Employers may feel that it is difficult to hire a person with disabilities. Assistance is available to encourage the hiring of persons with disabilities.
Financial support is offered through the Adapted Business Subsidy Program (PSEA), which supports the creation of long-term employment suitable for people with disabilities in businesses and organizations accredited for this purpose.
