The KDCF is now calling for applications for $30,000 of Community Grant funding with a maximum amount for any one group of $5000. You can pick up an application at Kimberley City Hall starting October 18 or download it by clicking on either of the links below. In order to apply for these grants you must have a charitable number from Revenue Canada. If your community group does not have one, you could consider partnering with a group that does. The deadline for applications is November 5, 2021 at 4 p.m. For more information, contact Des McKay at desmckay@shaw.ca
Starting on May 19, the Kimberley and District Community Foundation will begin accepting applications for funding from local charities. Grants can be used for a variety of purposes, including to cover staffing or resource needs, purchase assistance and more. Funding will be issued on an ongoing basis through July 27, 2020.
