The Program has five components: Lighting, Milking Equipment, Heat Pads, Piglet Warmers, and Fans.- To help greenhouse growers, fish farmers, vegetable farmers, dairy farmers, poultry farmers and livestock farmers to purchase and install the lighting products and more efficient farm equipment.
