Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program (EDP)
The Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program (EDP) offers business services to people with disabilities or health conditions interested in starting a business in rural Manitoba. This program is open to anyone with a viable business idea who has a disability or a health condition.

Small Business Supports – Digital Marketing or Business Mentorship
Rural Manitoba business owners with self-declared health conditions or disabilities can apply for up to $750 in supports. (Businesses must be located outside of the City of Winnipeg.)
Eligible services include:
- Digital business marketing OR
- Supports from a business mentor
One to One Business Consultation
