The government of Quebec has set up the Digital Transformation Offensive (OTN) to accelerate the digital transformation of companies in all sectors of activity and regions of Quebec. OTN is a strategic initiative led by the Ministry of Economy and Innovation. It aims to mobilize the various ministries with an economic vocation 1 as well as strategic partners, and to coordinate their actions.
