ICTC, in partnership with Microsoft Canada, has established a program that aims to advance job seekers who are looking for an opportunity to add to their existing technical skills and diversify their professional experience. As a partner in the DEEP program, you will have the opportunity to connect with a unique talent pool of job-ready individuals whose skill sets align directly with your occupational requirements. You will receive access to JobSite, an exclusive job board designed specifically with employers in mind. Through this job board, partner employers will be able to post job postings, and be provided access to a unique list of recently upskilled professionals looking to succeed in higher demand ICT and digital positions. With the help of ICTC, employers will be directly matched with job seekers who are well suited for their employment opportunities.
