We have developed a Demand Response program as a cost-effective option to supplement the province’s electricity system. Demand response is used when the province is experiencing high electricity demand, at times of system constraint, or when it provides an economic benefit for SaskPower.
- Through the program, we pay our largest industrial customers to reduce or shift their electricity use.
