This program aims to encourage organizations to develop methods to diversify their funding sources from fundraisers ensuring their independence and financial security. To do this, it targets the financial assistance provided in grants and contributions to non-profit organizations in the fields of culture and communications by donors (individuals or private corporations), foundations or other organizations charity registered in Quebec.
- The program has three components. The first component encourages the capitalization in the medium and long term; the second part addresses short-term financing needs and the third component aims to encourage the dissemination of arts activities outside of Quebec.
