The Culture Innovation Fund invests in initiatives and projects carried out by organizations, partnerships, and collaborations working to use creativity and our diverse culture to address social issues and opportunities within communities.
- To foster creativity, diversity, and cultural expression; to enhance the well-being of Nova Scotians and our communities in various ways, including social (co-operation and networking, relationships of trust, collaboration, etc.); human (skills, knowledge, employ-ability, health, etc.); economic (finances, business growth, new markets, etc.); physical (community assets, transportation, environment, etc.); create change for the better using culture: its creation, expression, sharing, and celebration; enhance the role of museums and libraries.
