Through this fund, the MRC wishes to stimulate artistic creativity in a sustainable way in relation to the various orientations of the Cultural Policy.
- The objective of this cultural initiatives fund is to offer complementary financial assistance that will contribute to the realization of cultural projects which are structuring, mobilizing, innovative, creative and aimed at the population, and foster the emergence of new talents from of the region and allow them to radiate further.
