- Human resources management specialists will take care of : recruiting qualified and experienced staff; managing the training and development of your staff; ensure law enforcement and human resource standards (working conditions, health and safety, human rights, employment equity).
- Where appropriate, this aid may be competed with financial assistance which generally amounts to 50% of the professional fees required to develop the project. We can also support your initiative by contributing to the salary of the person hired for a period of 12 months and generally in a proportion equivalent to 50%.
