(COVID-19) Small Business Real Property Tax Rebate (SBRPTR) Program

Description

The Small Business Real Property Tax Rebate (SBRPTR) Program will rebate 50% of commercial real property taxes paid by eligible applicants pursuant to the final 6 months of the 2020-21 tax year.

Eligible applicants may choose to receive a rebate in one of two ways: if you do not pay property taxes directly to a municipality or through your commercial lease, or if your commercial real property taxes paid in the last final 6 months of the 2020-21 tax year were less than $2,000, you may claim a minimum rebate of $1,000. You may apply to receive a rebate of 50% of commercial real property taxes paid in the last 6 months of the 2020-21 tax year.
