The Arts and Culture Sustainability Fund provides one-time funding for organizations in the arts and cultural sector that have been significantly affected by COVID-19. The Fund will support organizations to create and protect jobs, safely restore services, and continue to have a positive impact – particularly in underserved communities. This one-time funding intake is made possible by the Manitoba government's investment in the Arts and Culture Sustainability Funds to support Manitoba's art and culture sector, which has been significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
This $6-million fund will support the sustainability of this vital sector and build up its resilience until it can safely reopen and resume the activities that so many Manitobans enjoy and treasure year after year
