Goals
The Program aims to:
- ensure the deployment of initiatives aimed at the development of families and the development of children;
- to perpetuate the activities already offered, to increase services and to promote access to them for families;
- to provide an appropriate response to the needs of families and communities;
- to promote the emergence of collective and innovative solutions;
- improve the quality of the social fabric and solidarity networks with families.
The activities offered by family community organizations can take different forms, such as:
- individual or group workshops aimed at developing parenting skills;
- coffee talks, to break social isolation;
- community drop-in daycare activities, to allow parents to benefit from moments of respite.
In this regard, the Program is divided into three distinct components:
Component/Stream 1 - Support for the overall mission of family community organizations (OCF) and national OCF groups;
Component/Stream 2 - Support for family partners;
Component/STream 3 - Support for one-off projects
