Capital City Clean Up wants to help community groups make Edmonton more beautiful. New for 2010, the Community Mural Matching Grant Program offers up to $2000 to support non-profit community agencies that develop murals in Edmonton neighbourhoods. Murals may be placed on private and public structures, with the property owners permission.
