Description
The Community Housing Transformation Center (formerly the Technical Resource Center) and Sector Transformation Fund provides: technical assistance and tools to increase the capacity of community housing providers; financial resources to support a community housing providers who are exploring new and more efficient business models.
- The Sector Transformation Fund provides non-repayable contributions that support a longer-term evolution of community housing providers' business models. These models will be more efficient, resilient and effective without displacing low-income households.
