The Community Action Program for Education (PACTE), in line with government policies on adult education and continuing education and community action, was launched in 2003-2004. It aims to create an environment conducive to the development of community action in the Quebec community and to publicize, promote and support community action organizations whose main mission is related to the educational mission of the Department.
- To carry out its mission, PACTE offers three financing methods: in support of the core mission; by project; by service agreement.
