Through the department of Industry, Tourism, and Investment (ITI) the Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) supports the Great Slave Lake Commercial Export Fishery by providing funding directly and indirectly to the members of the Northwest Territories Fishermen’s Federation.
Assistance is based on previous year’s fish production records and can be used to purchase: equipment, packaging, marketing services.
