Through government financial assistance, the program aims to give a second life to contaminated land.
- Rehabilitate contaminated land with high potential for economic development.
- Create favorable conditions for densification of the population in territories located within the urbanization perimeter. By reusing land in cities, it is possible to limit transportation and thus contribute to the achievement of climate change objectives.
- Promote the use of proven treatment technologies for soil decontamination.
