The call for proposals is open to projects that support bilateral, multilateral or pan-Canadian exchanges between Quebec civil society and other provinces and territories.
Only projects which correspond to the objectives of the Program and which are in line with the orientations and priorities defined by the SQRC are admissible.
For component 1: Exchange of expertise, projects can be submitted at any time during the year.
For component 2: Canadian networks, the SQRC establishes themes and requests projects relating to them, through one or more calls for projects. The calls for projects are posted on the SQRC website.
Unless otherwise specified, all projects submitted in January of a given year will be considered in the context of the next budget year, starting on 1 st April of the same year.
- This fund has two streams: one for knowledge exchange and one for citizen dialogue.
