The Canadian Agricultural Partnership is a 5-year, $3 billion investment by federal, provincial and territorial governments to help the agriculture and agri-food processing industry
- The objective of this program is to provide assistance for the protection of crops, market gardens, livestock, orchards and pasture lands from damage by wildlife as part of a farm’s risk management activities. Actions taken to prevent undesired interactions between wildlife and the agriculture sector, including farm livestock, reduce the potential for damage, as well as the preventable loss of wildlife.
