The Canada Arts Presentation Fund (CAPF) – Development stream provides financial assistance to support the emergence of arts presenters and presenter-support organizations for under-served communities or artistic practices.

NEW: Recognizing the uniqueness and value of Indigenous cultural expression and the richness that cultural diversity brings to the quality of life, we have expanded the eligibility criteria for this component to include unincorporated organizations, as well as, ad hoc groups from racialized and Indigenous communities.
Who can apply
Eligible recipients include:
- not-for-profit organizations, incorporated under the Canada Corporations Act or the Canada Not-For-Profit Corporations Act (or under corresponding provincial or territorial legislation);
- unincorporated organizations, as well as, ad hoc groups from ethnocultural and Indigenous communities;
- provincial, territorial or municipal institutions (including agencies and public educational institutions that promote or organize presentation activities for the public); and
- Indigenous peoples’ institutions and Status or Non-Status Indians, Inuit and Métis organizations.
