The Canada Community Pasture Transition Program and Saskatchewan Pasture Program (SPP) Transition Program offer funds to help Canada Community Pasture Program and SPP Transition Program patrons lease Saskatchewan pasture land.- Canada Community Pasture Program and SPP Transition Program patron groups can: obtain professional legal and financial services to develop legal entities and operational business plans; and obtain technical services to acquire skills in management of environmentally sensitive land, human resources, finances and adoption of new technologies.
