Culture is recognized as an essential component of the development of Québec society. The Ministry of Culture and Communications (Ministry) has the mission to contribute to the affirmation of identity and cultural vitality of Quebec, to promote access and participation of citizens and cultural life and to encourage the development of the communications sector.
- This program is intended for organizations that offer major events in Quebec, in support of their efforts to help international partners discover the richness of Québec's artistic creation and cultural identity.
- This program is intended to increase the circulation of Quebec artistic creations in markets outside Quebec; to help stimulate demand for them and maximize their benefits; to contribute to the establishment of lasting links between broadcasters and programmers outside Quebec and the Quebec cultural community.
