Call for Quebec–Western Cape bilateral cooperation projects

The governments of Quebec and the Western Cape signed a bilateral cooperation agreement in 2018, thus wishing to build on their common membership in the group of Partner Regions. Since then, the two federated states have forged close ties, particularly in the fields of energy, the environment and green technologies. This call for projects therefore reflects this desire to cooperate in these areas where there is cutting-edge expertise, which would benefit from networking initiatives between the two regions.
