Goals The objectives pursued by this call for projects are as follows: Support the implementation of innovative and structuring activities that generate concrete spinoffs, particularly economic, for both companies. Support networking, collaboration, sharing of expertise and development of partnerships between Quebec and Colombian organizations in targeted sectors. Promote a more in-depth knowledge and understanding of the two societies, their similarities and their specificities. Encourage the influence of Québec and its sectors of expertise in Colombia. Contribute to post-COVID-19 recovery efforts.

Funding Guidelines

The grant requested for a selected project may not exceed CA $ 4,000 per year. It is therefore possible to request a maximum of $ 4,000 for 2023 and a maximum of $ 4,000 for 2024, for a maximum total of $ 8,000 .

Financial support will be granted exclusively to the Quebec partner of the project.

The projects selected will be subject to a mid-term evaluation. A mid-term report template will be sent by the Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie to the Quebec coordinators and must be duly completed and sent to the Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie by December 1, 2023 at the latest . of the second year will not be renewed automatically. It will be awarded on the basis of a positive assessment (state of progress of the project, budgetary use and forecasts for the second year) and subject to budgetary availability.

The organizations whose projects have been selected also undertake to submit a final financial and narrative report on the funded project, including the expected benefits, by December 20 , 2024 at the latest.
