The Franco-Quebec Fund for Decentralized Cooperation (FFQCD) supports Franco-Quebec cooperation at the local and regional level. It supports the implementation of cooperation projects through financial support (subsidy) for a maximum of two years (biennie). It is coordinated in a spirit of parity by the Ministry of International Relations and La Francophonie (MRIF) and the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic.
The programming of the FFQCD includes an average of 35 projects. The concrete benefits can be: the development of new economic activities; better support for entrepreneurship; improving services to citizens and businesses; better environmental management; the development of the social economy and local industries; dissemination of new cultural activities.

Funding guideline
The FFQCD supports the implementation of cooperation projects through financial support (subsidy) for a maximum of two years. This support represents a maximum of 50 % of the expenses of a project. The maximum granted per project is $ 20,000 on the Quebec side.
