The purpose of this call for projects is to increase the collections of autonomous public libraries.
- In the long term, the supported projects will contribute to the Ministry's mission, to the dynamism, vitality and influence of Quebec culture and the organizational, administrative and financial health of cultural and communications organizations so they can continue to invest in the community they serve
