BEST Funds is actively deploying capital and is currently looking for new portfolio companies. Our strategy is to identify emerging or untapped markets that have tremendous growth potential and select companies within those markets poised to be leading players. Our focus is on funding the growth and continued development of companies with demonstrated potential. We look for revenue generating companies that aren’t necessarily profitable, but have line of sight on being cash flow positive. We analyze all cash flows coming into the business and determine the amount of leverage that we can provide the company.

• Limited Dilution: Establishing a relationship with BEST Funds early in your company’s life cycle allows entrepreneurs to hold onto more of the equity that you’ve worked so hard to build. A Relationship That Grows With Your Business: While we often begin working with companies by providing small loans to allow them to bridge immediate gaps in working capital, these arrangements almost always grow into larger more long-term lending arrangements or equity investment. We view small, short-term loans as a way to establish a way to build trust and to assess the potential of the partnership going forward.

BEST Funds is flexible in the use of cash as well as the types of deals we do. We move quickly – we know what a distraction raising capital is and look to make the process as quick and painless as possible.
• Maintain Control Most entrepreneurs are weary of losing control of their businesses by bringing in capital. We allow founders and management to control the decision-making process. At the same time, our experiences as an equity investor help us to provide good insight advice to our portfolio companies when called upon to do so.
