The Arts Funding Program supports professional artists and not-for-profit arts organizations in the creation, production, presentation, exhibition and dissemination of the literary, media, performing and visual arts within the bilingual and culturally diverse framework of Ottawa. The program also supports the educational, training and service organizations that foster the development of the arts in Ottawa.
- To support local professional artists of all disciplines and backgrounds.
- To support the creation and production of new works in literary, performing, media and visual arts within Ottawa’s bilingual and culturally diverse community.
- To support activities that address the priorities identified in the Renewed Action Plan for Arts, Heritage, and Culture in Ottawa (2013-2018).
