The main objective of this component is to stimulate the programming of emerging artists performing in French as part of major events in Quebec to promote the development of their professional careers. Forms for Recognized Events and Contact Events will be sent to customers.
These events must have a significant impact compared to other music events in their region and provide significant media coverage, including outside of their region. They must also have developed an important professional component not through organized professional activities. Finally, the event must take place continuously, without interruption.
