This program is designed to stimulate innovation and digital appropriation by partners from all regions of Quebec.
- Support unifying and promising projects for regional actors in the cultural sector; implement digital cultural projects throughout Québec as part of cultural development agreements; develop projects taking into account the values of digital culture: sharing, collaboration, reuse and openness; encourage the experimentation of new digital practices; stimulate the participation of regions in the process of support and digital appropriation by the network of culture throughout the territory.
